Text To Self- The book If I Am Missing or Dead, relates to how in my life it was confusing and weird at first same as Janine Latus when she grew up. In the book this girl Janine that is 13 years old goes through life abused and raped, and in my life when i was a small baby i almost got hit and abused. So hopefully things get better for Janine Latus.
Text To World- I think this book relates to how out in the world women and teens are abused and just used for sex. Somewhat like in this book Janine Latus is almost in that situtation with people in her family and people she just meet take control over her. Women need to learn to take control of their own lives and try not to be abused.
Text To Text- This book reminds me of a movie called Last House onn The Left, where this family goes up to the mountains to camp in this cabin they own. The daughter goes off by herself and puts herself in a situtation where she gets raped and almost comes to death. Both these girls experienced abused punishment by men who take control.
I agree with the Text to World I agree because it's true that so many teens and women are getting abused just for sex. It's not right. And it doesn't help that men take girls for advantage,just for sex or other things. Women do need to try and take better control of their lives and be more stronger. And if they really try they can succeed.
