When found in the unwanted situation of being threated of being raped there is certain percuation you need to follow.Stay calm, you would want to stay calm because when freaked out you loose your sense of judgement. Get the dominent posistion, when you over power the person threatening you,you have a better chance of getting away.When found in the position of being on the bottom you should follow these steps: control the head. you first reaction will be o push them away this will make it easier for them to throw punches. Pull the head down to your chest, This will keep them close and unable to see. Control the hips, by wraping your legs around thier stomach, this will allow you to have a close gaurd, enabling you to mount. THe nest step is put thier head up while doing this you are going tostab your fingers into thier eyes,not just poking trying to cause them a great deal of pain and blinding them.COntrol the arm, this will allow you to slide you leg underneath your attacker and slid through. When you slide through, you can mount to the top getting the dominate posistion.At this point you will have the attacker confussed and you will be able to either throw punches with a choke or just through punches. Once you feel you are able to get up and run away, do so. When you are copinq or dealing with yourself or a family memeber who has been raped there is steps to do so you can feel that it is not your fault. The first steps is to know that the rape wasn't your fault, and you did not bring it upopn yourself.The rapist might say things such as "you asked for it" and "you wanted it". You need to remeber the the blame lies primarly in the rapists hands. If you have trouble realizing it isnt your fault, talk to someone they will be able to help you and make you realize it wasnt.
